Public Participation Plan
The Public Participation Plan (PPP) was developed to inform the public and other stakeholders about the overall StanCOG public participation process, how they can receive information from StanCOG, and how they can provide input into regional transportation planning, policy, and decision-making efforts. It sets forth the StanCOG commitment to an open process that provides opportunities for input throughout the decision making continuum.

Materials are produced to provide the public with information about StanCOG. An e-newsletter is prepared that highlights regional activities. Brochures are also available that provide information about StanCOG and its programs.

Title VI
The Stanislaus Council of Governments (StanCOG) is committed to a policy of nondiscrimination in the conduct of its business, including its Title VI responsibilities, and to the delivery of equitable and accessible transportation services. Any person who believes that he or she has been subjected to discrimination under Title VI on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, gender, or disability may file a Title VI complaint with StanCOG within 180 days from the date of the alleged discrimination.
